Refund Policy

Once the athletic department receives confirmation from the coach that an athlete is no longer participating, refunds can be made according to the following conditions. 

**The student athlete will need to meet with the Financial Secretary immediately to get a refund.

**Request of refund must be made within a week of being cut or quitting to receive payment.

*Student sustains a serious injury or contracts a serious illness which will eliminate them for the entire season (a physician’s note is required):
